Assisting North Jersey Families Struggling with Poverty
According to the latest census data, nearly one million people in New Jersey are living below the poverty line. Homelessness and hunger are daily challenges for one in seven children in our state, and one in eight young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 are considered “disconnected” from society because they are not attending school or working.
Something needs to change, and the Carballo Agency is launching a relief campaign to provide assistance to underprivileged families in north Jersey.
Meeting the Needs of our Community
The Carballo Agency is proud to announce we have taken on the mantle of Regional Ambassador for the #AgentsofChange movement here in Park Ridge. Our goals during this campaign will be to meet the immediate needs of families in Bergen County that are living with homelessness, struggling to put food on the table, or who lack basic necessities. We will also be supporting community employment and education initiatives aimed at pulling local families out of poverty.
With thousands of families in the area that need help, we can’t do this alone. We need you.
Be a Part of our Campaign
You can be part of our campaign by introducing us to other concerned families in the area. When you invite a close friend, co-worker, or family member into the Carballo Agency for a free insurance consultation, we can also provide them with information about our efforts to help families in Park Ridge. When they leave, we will send out a donation IN YOUR NAME to one of the outreach programs in the area working on behalf of underprivileged families.
We Hope you Join Us
This campaign provides you and those you care about with an opportunity to join our agency and offer a hand up to families in our area that are desperately in need of help. We hope you join us.
